Working in one state and living in another
I work on the Border of CT and NY, on the NY side. i am moving soon and am looking at moving to the CT side. Are they any tax affects, negative or positive, that I have to worry about? Specifically paying income tax in two states. Are there any other things I should know about before I start looking into moving to a new state?

You will still likely have to file tax returns in both states, but you should only be paying on the amount you made while living in the respective state.
