What to do??

Guys need your help! I currently owe close to $12.5 on my 02 CL-S. I also have a 91 Integra as a beater to go back and forth to work. Between these two cars, it just sucks paying gas for 2 per week(as you know gas is getting pricey$$). Getting maintance done at the same time. Basically I am paying twice for everything. Yes the Integra saved me alot of miles over the past 8 months. But acquiring the Integra I had to put in another $800 into it. The CL-S now has 42K on it and soon I would want to get the Acura extended warrenty which will cost me another $1000-1500 I assume. So know I am realizeing yeah I am saving miles on the CL but I am spending a shit more overall !! Since my girlfriend lives 1/2 hour each way and so does work I put a shit load of miles a year. Would it be economical if I get rid of both cars and get something else more ecomnomical since I am 25 and wanting to get a house soon?? I was looking at the new 05 RSX-S (4 cylinder, fun to drive, etc,,,,) If I can lower my payments that would be great but I would again start at payment #1 instead of 22 of 60 that I am at now. I just dont know what to do, is it worth it??? Do I just leave everything alone, sell the Integra, sell both?? Overall I learned my experience with modding, yeah it is fun but it sure hits the pockets!! just look at my sig

MPG-wise, you won't be saving that much DOWNGRADING to a RSX. Sell the Teg and use the CL. The CL's depreciation isn't gonna stop so why let it sit in the driveway?

That is another factor, I do understand that the depreciation hits everyone and every car even when they pull out of the lot, but come on, our CL-S is dropping like crazy, so why not bail out now before I cant get anything decent for my car. I love my CL-S, overall if I can lower my payments and save some $$ for more important things (house) then my mission is accomplished. I do realize that I will be downgrading and I will miss the Navi but sometimes there are more important things in life and have to make some sacrifices, you think?

Bailing on the CLS isn't the answer, and here's why...

You already have racked up 42K miles on the CLS... By going new, you'll essentially be at ZERO miles, but you'll depreciate the shit out of the new vehicle with all the miles you rack up on it. So not only will you get screwed when you sell the CLS, but a couple years from now when you're back at 40K on a three year old car... You'll be wanting to do the same thing, right?

Here's what I would do.

Sell the 'teg. Drive the CLS. Pay off the CLS. Save money for your home.

Selling both vehicles you currently have to get into something new isn't a smart move IMHO. You only owe 12K on the CLS. Keep it, maintain it properly and enjoy it.

with Dj Scribble, especially if considering something such as a house.

The cheapest car is usually the one in your driveway
