If I had to look around, I'd be looking at companies that made stuff for Fiber To Premises (FTP) type services. There's been a lot of interest in this and it's beginning to take hold in some places (Korea has put a lot into this). However, it's likely to be slow going in the US and Europe, especially as you see less and less competition in telecom. I don't have any particular ideas because I have a couple of venture investments in that area, and my hope is to end up with stock from one of the big guys when they take them out.

Generally I'm not particularly optimistic about established tech companies.
