I thought the dollar has been rebounding lately.

You want to exchange your dollars for euros? What are you going to do with all that hard currency in euros? You can't use it, it needs to be exchanged back to US dollars for use.

Not to mention the dollar (as of late) has been rallying back up against the euro.

You should have thought more about this a year or two ago.

As mentioned, you already missed the boat. Plus, you have to factor in exchange fees which will cut into any possible profits.

No, I wouldn't. Though we are in difficult economic times right now, the European nations are just about to dip into the "recession" that we are currently engulfed in. We will start to climb out of the hole that we are in now but Europe is just about to fall into it, according to analysts who I listen to.
