Drinking is a hobby, right?

Most of my week is work then school. On my off nights its catch-up or trivia night. Weekends is working on the car, relaxing, then going out. We finally got a decent venue for music plus we have fair grounds so catching good music is getting easier.

Worse case you have to drive 6 hours to ATL or 2 to Orlando

We may have to get a couple of people together and go to Pleasure Island!

Man I hope this works out.
If you can get that rate, you are set. Just find out if that rate costs you anything (i.e. are you paying points to buy down the rate). If you have to buy down the rate to get it, just check and see how long it takes you to recover the cost of the points.

I think you have made a very wise decision, good luck with it. Are you going with the Condo the house?

Been working on that already. Already have my bed, my futon and desk for the extra room, and all the assorted housewares...

My main issues is a couch and coffee table but Im going to drive up to Philadelphia and arrange to ship my grandfathers old couch thats been sitting in his basement for 20+ years unused. Its the coolest freaking thing Ive ever seen...very retro (well duh...its old). He told me that when I had space for it I could have it...so my only cost would be freight.

Im going to contact the Realtor for the house Im interested in this week. Ive decided to go with an older (not old as you Northerners describe old...like 10 years old) home instead of a newer but smaller and more expensive condo. Not to mention this place has a garage. I will cry when I can *finally* put my baby in a garage at night.

And I already have a roomie.

Probably cant tell but Im really pessimistic about the whole thing. If it doesnt work out, oh well. It wasnt meant to be. But I hope it does...
