Prime Rate Funds

Does anyone have a list of no-load mutual funds that earn interest from variable rate instruments tied to the prime rate or LIBOR? Also, are there any closed-end funds that invest in these instruments?

Does anyone know of any decent global bond / world income funds that they would care to recommend?

Disclaimer: This is NOT a recommendation.

I purchase individual bonds in my taxable accounts, but own some PREMX in my IRA. Obviously you are aware of the risks of investing in emerging markets, blah blah.
