Need Help With Home Improvement Loan
Hey Everyone. I need some assistance out there. My Fiance and I are purchasing a home In Pennsylvania for a reasonable price. The home needs to be gutted and re done about $125,000 worth of work. I need to find a lender in PA that will do a Home Improvment loan. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tired GMAC, Countrywide mortgage and had no luck.. I would appreciate any assistance..
