I think its kinda cool.. sometimes when i look at it i think its a little girly but its got a lot of cool features. my wife is short and she wanted to get into something that was smaller for her. i would have preferred an yukon denali or something but she vetoed that. the around view camera is probably the best feature for parallel parking.

my student loans are roughly 1200 a month for the next 30 years. at least i have the ability to write it off so im not in really any hurry to pay it off. I think the rate is 2.9 on it and after so many consecutive pays it goes to 0%

Wow. Mine only dropped a point (from 4.25 to 3.25 I think?) for consecutive pays. They'll never go any lower. How'd you score that?

we had a handfull of mormons in our class that did the legwork and found a company called UHEAA. it stands for utah higher education assistance ?.. they consolidated all the loans for the entire class (around 115) and worked out a deal.

CC - $0
1st Mortage - $188,000 @ 6% Fixed
2nd Mortage - $35,000 @ 5.5% Variable
Since I last posted I got married, soooooo
CC - $1,350
Student Loan #1 - $2,000
Student Loan #2 - $10,000 (I think)
Our goal is to have her CC paid off in 2 months max. It was at $2,800, but I took control and have been making the same dollar payment weekly instead of monthly. Student Loan #1 will be eliminated this year, hopefully by June/July. Then we'll focus on Student Loan #2.

Wife's CC = $0 (Just paid it off )
Student Loan #1 - $1,800 (Still looking at a July payoff)
Student Loan #2 - $10,000 (Will work on this after SL#1 is done)

Would be nice since the 1st mortgage is fixed @ 6% and the 2nd is variable @ 5.25% right now. My wife makes a base + commission and right now she is making significant commission, so the extra $ will be going to the 2nd mortgage.
