Economic Stimulus Payment...have you seen yours yet?

For those who are eligible, has anybody received their economic stimulus payment yet?

I thought that for those who were receiving via direct deposit that payments started yesterday (ahead of the May 2 schedule). My SS# ends in 08, so I'm in the first batch but have yet to see it. Am I wrong?

Just curious!

Payments should not be in your accounts earlier than Thursday.

It was all over the Sunday night news (at least where I live) that payment was going to begin the next day (Monday) as the IRS was ahead of schedule.

I figured it was too good to be true. :-)

The latest I read (on IRS.gov) was that 0-20 should have the money direct deposited BY Friday. No sense being too concerned until then.

When I read reparations, I thought you were going an entirely different direction.

Not worried about it, was just curious. It won't affect my spending habits but I don't mind the money.

If eve got it yesterday, it was a Direct Deposit. As paper checks will not get mailed out till May 9th

For those curious to see how much you will get go to this link:

I should get mine next week.

So, this month I will get 3 pay checks since I get paid every other Friday, one Economic Stimulus check, and a $1000 mileage check. And hopefully some good gift cards for my birthday.

What? It wasn't your money.

I'm actually still waiting, but it should be in the account by the end of the week.

I'm sure we'll get there at some point, but we just need to be creative/smart enough to have enough deductions to keep the AGI low.

I had to pay taxes and got a big fat 0 dollars economic stimulus.
