I have a question about debt consolidation. I owe some money to my credit card and i have been falling behind with the monthly payments. The interest rate is very high because of that. Are there any programs that actually work to help me payoff my debt?

Do any of these programs reflect badly on your credit score? Right now my credit score is in the crapper.

be careful with debt consolidation places. Most of them unfortunately are out there to get whatever little money you got left. How about trying to work something out with your credit card company first?

 

Is the credit card your only debt? If it is then you already are consolidated. If your credit score was better I would advise you to get a card with 0% for a certain length of time on balance transfers.
