Are people getting tired of paying up for food? Whole Foods is taking a beating too.
Still, I wish I bought a couple hundred shares about this when the thread was started.

What an interesting stock....
Friday it drops in the AM due to new E. coli cases. Mostly recovers.
Friday AH, drops again due to E. coli.
Monday mostly recovers during the day.
New possible E. coli cases in Boston, sends stock tumbling Ah.
I hope the pattern continues tomorrow so I can get out.

Well if you bought this morning you'd be up like 2-3%, but that's too much of a gamble for me.

Based off historical data and market factors, I've predicted CMG's projected stock price today. This includes another case of E-Coli, this time in South Boston, followed by an announcement that it was actually moldy bread someone had in their sandwich from home.

Chipotle's CEO Apologizes on National TV for Outbreak

Chipotle founder and co-Chief Executive Officer Steve Ells on Thursday apologized to patrons who fell ill after eating at the company’s restaurants, pledging that sweeping new food safety practices will prevent such outbreaks in the future.
“This was a very unfortunate incident and I’m deeply sorry that this happened, but the procedures we’re putting in place today are so above industry norms that we are going to be the safest place to eat,” Ells said in an interview on NBC’s “Today” program.

He added that the new food safety procedures the company is putting in place would put it 10 to 15 years ahead of industry standards.
“We’re doing a lot to rectify this and to make sure this doesn’t happen again,” he told NBC.
