Sounds really similar to ING, and the No Regret CD's sound awesome too, if the rates go up, you can bump up and take advantage of the higher rate without penalties or having to start a new term.

Not bad for 3.15%. But the no regrets CD is a 5 year term at 4.03%. I think the savings/money market account is a good deal since your money isn't tied up for any period of time. Emigrant direct is still 3.25%.
