Lightbulb Borrow Heavy?

Looks to me the best way out is to trash the American dollar.

Borrow as much money as possible now, and do currency plays later?

Borrowing big now on real estate is shorting the dollar and gives you a hedge on rising interest rates and real estate value declines?

Lots of US and foreign investors seem to be using real estate to short the dollar, claiming they can't lose.

I am worried my acura will cost me twice as many dollars.

Only if you lock in at a fixed rate and have supreme confidence in future cash flow to fund debt payments.

Thanks for your help.

Borrow against hard assets long term.

Not too late. Currency correction is the solution
