TL with SOLAR PANEL on top??? North Canton, Ohio
Ok, this is gonna sound crazy (and it is!), but the other day I was driving on I-77 going north and I got off the Shuffel St. exit. As soon as I turned right on Shuffel St, a WDP 04-06 TL (same as mine) passed me, and it had what can only be described as a solar panel on top of the roof! I couldn't believe my eyes, and i didn't have time to take a picture. At first I thought it was the Google Maps Car or something, but it definitely wasn't. It had like a 1 foot pole coming out of the roof, with solar panel laying flat like a table at the end of the pole. It looked like this, only laying flat. Does anyone know this guy, or have you seen his car before? Pretty wild.

Well, first of all, I'm estimating the height of the pole. It may have only been 6 inches. But also, when you turn right onto shuffle st from 77, you are on a hill. So he was at the bottom of the hill coming up, and I was at the top of the hill going down. I should add that the panel on top of his car was horizontal, so it stuck out over the right and left side of his car. Definitely one of the strangest things I've ever seen.

I've been wanting to get something set up for around here, I think it'd be a blast! Join the Acurazine of Ohio Facebook page. That's where they set up the meets most of the time. A lot of the guys on there are from the Columbus area though. I'd like to have something in the Northeast.

Need pics, then proceed to post in "The WTF Car of the Day" thread, sit back and enjoy the rest of Acurazine comment on it.
On another note, yes we do need to get something together, I tried getting a group together to go drag racing but that didnt come about.
