Bish I told you what to get and where to get them! Do I have to hold your hand like "babe" does?

License plate- http://www.vleds.com/bulb-number/194...58-1-pair.html

Reverse- http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-High-Power...047d7f&vxp=mtr

I have the license plate bulbs that I posted and love them. The reverse bulbs I don't know much about, but Ive seen a lot of members going with those (I think Viet has some like these, PM him).

I parked next to you in the garage. Let me know when you head out today and I'll leave at the same time if I can so you can check out the new lights.

Count me in for the 8th

March 8th KC Meet....
1> Anil + 1
2> Eric + 1
3> Matt + 1
4> Abdul
5> David

Might have to remind me as it gets closer

Also interested in those Tritons, Sean. Yesterday I installed those 5K 50w Moriomoto headlight bulbs. They work great, even with the stock 35w ballast. Though I think I'll need to get 6k bulbs to match my switchbacks and sidemarkers (once new ones are installed).

Guys,

A suggestion, since we are having people join in and it is 6 cars already, will people be up for a cruise? I am thinking maybe pick a place to meet and then drive out to legends for dinner? and I was thinking if we can find a place where there is minimal to no traffic on roads, like a lot south on 69hwy or even by the downtown airport with downtown i backdrop, it will make a perfect place to take pics later in the day!

I work at the Sprint Campus in OP so if you want to see them after work some day let me know. The 6k bulbs look more like 5k though and I've heard the 5k bulbs look more like 4300. They don't have as much blue in them as my previous switchbacks.

+1

It's for as long as you have the car. Take it in every 5k miles and get an alignment for free

BTW, on the way to work, I saw an AM 3G TL driving north on Metcalf. Had tinted windows, blacked out grill. Anybody here?

It's probably one of our very active members on here.

Anybody going to World of Wheels? I am going with a buddy Sat around 12-1. I think it is $15 if you buy your tickets at O'reily.

You may have this show confused with The Greater Kansas City Auto Show which is in March. I don't think WOW will have a '14 corvette yet, but there are some pretty badass custom cars there.

I don't think the '14 models will be out until mid to late summer, unless Chad at KC Trends has a time machine (besides his Maserati) I doubt he will have one there

His booth always has some cool cars tho. In the past I saw Albert Pujols' Murciealago and RR Phantom on custom "big ass" wheels.

Anil, I'm down for the alignment as well (already told you) and want to see this girl you "almost" made Mrs. Swoosh

I approve this because its a one time deal...you pay $160 (I think on the website) and you can go in as many times as you want to get an alignment....

some of the newer firestones have an in-ground rack, so you can you lowered and climb on the rack without using 2x4 's....I got this when the car had 110K miles and now am at 168K....so 58K miles and 11 alignments is how long I have been with them....i love it....

so we have 6 people....let me talk to her tomorrow (i wasnt able to today. I am locked up in a bunker without network at work)....will let you guys know how it goes...

I don't think I need a lifetime since I'm not lowered (with no plans to) will she cut you a deal on a one-time? I know it would pay for itself after 2, but I think I only ever had my SVT aligned 2 times the entire 11 years I owned it. One of which was after I installed the Eibach's.

Well she might be able to....cant promise anything until I talk to her...

Eric, these really come in handy for tires which have mileage warranty....if a tire is rated for 50,000 miles and its done in 30,000 for you to get any $$$ back you need to show tires balancing/rotation/alignment proof....you should have those records for every 5,000 miles....so its not only for lowered crowd....

I have everything lifetime with firestone because of that chic

I don't think anyone has one in our group. There is a guy that comes to the Nat'l Meet from CO. that has one. It sounds pretty good in person, I would buy it over the XLR8 exhaust for sure. I don't know if I could ever spend 1200 on ANY exhaust for my car though. Too much money for very minimal gains. I think my car sounds pretty good with my stage 3 setup anyway.

So..I found the cause to my vibrations I'm experiencing at highway speeds. A bent wheel on front passenger side. What's the corrective procedure, guys? Buy a new/refinished wheel?

The front tires are sitting at 4/32nd tread so they need to be replaced anyway.
