so the wichita trip has been moved to 07/22 (Sunday)....

The shoot will start at 12:00...
I am thinking of leaving here at 8AM...will get there by 10-10:30 and then clean the car up and do the shoot....
1:30 we are all going for a cruise and then some food....
I plan to leave there by 3-ish and will be back by 6PM....

Let me know who all are coming....so far all you guys are tentative

 

Sorry I'll miss the hop to Wichita-it's honeymoon time for me and Rhonda! We'll be gone from July 22nd through July 29th.

 

Got new exhaust in and installed today . Its single tip and runs a little larger diameter piping with smoother bends. Also got my new plates in and installed my red overyals for the amber markers up front.

 

Damn that exhaust is secks! Looks like a maze for a mouse lol

I'm no longer tenative for the trip to Wichita - a definite decline. Sorry!

Ky that plate made me Hopefully I'll get to see this red menace this weekend, but we'll see. Also does that exhaust have anti drone chambers? Kinda looks that way but I can't really tell it's slightly insane.

Guys, just a note-the hop to Wichita will take you 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Just know that-unless you plan to fly at 90 mph!

 

Ky, thats not an exhaust....thats a freaking puzzle.....cant wait to hear it....any power gains advertized with it ?

Steve....google maps show 2hours and 53minutes....178miles....if I just do 80 throughout should be there in 2hours and 15 minutes I know the speed limit is 75mph (Ky correct me if am wrong)

 

I cruised about 80 ish (5 over) and made the trip in about 2.5 hours. iPhone says 3 hours though.

 

No anti drone chambers but I don't really have a droning problem, during normal driving the car is pretty quiet but once you get on it the extra pressure will force the exhaust through the other plumbing to bypass the muffler. Gets LOUD

 

I will look through and see if there are any other good ones. Most were just meh due to the amount of sunlight.

Seeing as this is quite the drive, I'm pretty much out for Witchita. That's too far for me to drive and I know I can't afford that.

Ky get some vids of that exhaust man! The C series sounds sooooo mean!

That's still 120-130 miles for me to KC and back. That's really the issue. Plus I now I have shoot scheduled for tomorrow here in town, so I am excited! Keep an eye on my FB page, it will be a change of pace for sure! I'll also finally be getting the CL on the page as well.

It's actually very similar to the old exhaust minus a little better flow so hard to notice. The old exhaust made an odd howling noise above 7k due to an internal defect, which is the main reason I opted for this one.

 

the shoot was pushed to next Sunday coz some KY douche was stuck in Alaska

well its next Sunday and at 9AM....am thinking of hitting up Wichita on Saturday evening and seeing what the city has to offer (party scene) and the get a hotel room and crash....get up Sunday and hit the shoot....

again, imma extend the offer to my peeps on here....you can tag along and crash in the same hotel room (Marriott usually gives me suites so you can have the pull out couch)....

 

I will talk to Mel and see what she wants to do. Me and you can share that sweet pull out couch you speak of

BTW Seth text me and said he was popping in for FF this week. I think we should all try to go.
