Well guys-I finally did it!

All of you have after me for 4 years, so I finally pulled the trigger.
And KJ-you helped me decide! Since you were able to successfully install a Base TL Aspec Lip on your Type S, I've ordered the same thing for my Type S. I ordered the front lip and side skirts from Tim at OEM Acura Parts. But he didn't have a rear lip. I found ONE-the only one left (in ASM) in the entire country-at DelRay Acura! It is being shipped today.

So thank you KJ for helping me decide on an Aspec Kit that I will truly enjoy.

I had a scare today guys. As you know, I ordered the Aspec Kit, with the Base TL front lip. I got the front lip and side skirts from Tim at OEM Acura. Well he wrote to me Friday afternoon (when I ordered everything) to tell me that now the front lip is also not made anymore. The problem was that I never got his e-mail from Friday.

I finally talked to him directly today. He found 2 left in the world! I called an Acura dealership in the Baltimore area-it got shipped today. So everything is coming in from 3 different dealerships.......

 

Will you have it before the meet?

 

So I just came in here to look at pictures of Matts car because I just ordered the springs he got, and I happened to read Stevens post. That is a scare man, glad it worked out for you. And it makes me even happier that I didn't wait any longer to order that kit. Sounds like ASM owners are now out of luck on a spec kits.

Anil, I looked at your link and I'm not sure if any of those are for the Type S and also in ASM....

I'd like to recruit your help too in getting the entire Aspec Kit on the Type S too!

These are the only Aspec Kit pieces left at any dealerships in the United States!

 

Steven you are getting Base front and Sides (same for Type S and Base)....the rear will be for Type S specifically.....
