Hey gang! Just purchased an 08 MT Type S and have a pretty "notchy" 3rd gear. Already ordered the GM ATF fluid and it is on it's way, but wondered if there were any local members around Indy that have done this fluid change that would be willing to walk me through it the first time?

I know I can probably figure it out using the awesome DIY threads on here, but would feel more comfortable with some guidance...

Hey take it back to your dealer. Let them know you are having problems with third gear. There is an Acura technical bulletin on the third gear syncro and it is cover under your power train. I have an 07 Type -S same problem and Acura did the work under the warranty. I payed $0.0 they covered it all. Good luck
