Looking to set something up for late march or early april. Anybody who went to the hocking meet last june I believe it was it'll be the same group of people and looking to have quite a few more. I am open to location but hocking hills was a great place because its open and we were able to do some spirited driving afterwards in the fun roads. I am currently trying to buy a house and wouldnt mind hosting it there and having a bbq or something of that nature. Most of us have 3g tl's and we are looking for a few more guys to hang out with locally all the time so hit me up.

I'd like to meet up, I think i'd prefer to stay close to the cbus area, but I'm willing to travel a little bit. Hopefully we can get a good weekend without some rain, I'd hate to show up to my first meet with a filthy car, I don't know what you guys would think of me.

 

hocking hills is only about 30 minutes east of canal winchester so its not really far. Its just hard to go on a cruise with a large number of cars with tons of stop lights and such you get seperated easily. As far as weather goes we will check the forecast a few weeks before and the week of, worst case we can reschedule if it changes that week.

 

Sounds like fun, Ill be ordered all my mods at end of march hopefully I can get them before the meet. I would like to come, hopefully everything works out so I can come. What kind of turn out did u guys have last year?

 

last year it was about 15 cars or so maybe more. there were 3-4 3g TL's a clean CL type s, couple teggies, civics, rsx-s , etc. but looking to have more 3g's this year for sure.

I would definitely go again. Last year was fun. I need to go out and do something fun because I have no life between school and work.

Just bought my 3G TL a week ago from cbus, a 2 hour drive home to get to know her a bit better.. got home and realized my headlights were off the entire drive (8pm) lOl

If you guys can wait, we have a annual meet in KC like every year....we get ~75 cars and free food and trophies for car.....this is usually in June....

cars come from Chicago, Wisconsin, STL, Denver, Tulsa....i mean gets really crowded and its a weekend event....so what say? you IN guys in ???

 

ya actually thought about going to the kc meet last year. I should definately be able to this year maybe get a caravan together.

Sounds like a weekend plan to me I'm in. As far as this meet I think it's going to be pushed to early may or late April due to some locals with plans. So I'll get a date and see what works for everybody.

I probably won't go. It just depends. There are so many out of state events that I want to go to. I just need to narrow down the list.

I would probably be down for this. I would prefer it was closer to the Canton/Jackson area but I could make the drive to C-bus if I find the time around school.

 

We may end up changing location. I have 3-4 in the canton area. What would be a good city / spot in between ?

 

yeah i'll probably pass on the hocking hills location unfortunately, i'm 155 miles from there apparently.

 

ok considering a couple places now working with some northern ohio people to figure out where we should do it. I am thinking of the mohican state forest its a little east of mansfield off 71. It looks like a pretty cool spot to do pictures and take a cruise through after the meet. Anybody ever been there or have any input/recommendations?

Hey everyone, me & Justin(NBP_ASPEC_05) Met up for a lil cruise, wings & beer today & the meet was brought up about where & when etc. since meeting up in canton was already an idea, i added that a buddy of mines is opening up a New Restaurant in downtown Canton on May 1st....Called "Basil" Thai Cuisine, Sushi, & Lounge"..its the old brownstone steakhouse next to the palace theatre, so it would be wonderfull if we can all meet up & head there for support, & get to try some good food even some drinks. Doesnt xactly have to be on the Grand opening day but anytime soon after that would be awesome. wattaya say guys? i can always have him reserve us seats/tables or even parking space once we come to an agreed date.

Ya we were thinking do a cruise somewhere before or after then go to the restaurant. Plus we won't have to worry about getting kicked out of the lot since we know the boss man !
