seconded. i dont know of a bigger car scene in the midwest than dallas. i love dallas. that, and it's a bit more manageable for me to drive

driving is always going to be an issue !!! putting miles on the car and driving 13-15 hours !!! dont get me wrong....i love driving !!!

I would say kansas < st louis < dallas !!! even thow am from the midwest, i would like to drive upto dallas have a meet and party !!!

That being said the meets in Kansas are awesome. Steven Bell/Buda do an awesome job with the dealership and get us the front lot and food and drinks and prices if your worthy !!!

Again DALLAS > ST LOUIS > KANSAS !!! the only point against picking Dallas would be, I doubt anyone from Minnesota/Michigan/NY/yada yada would come there !!!

What about someplace like Nashville or something like that? It's a bit more centralized, although baised towards the east coast. I guess it really depends on who you're trying to attract, the east or west coast. Both have some great cars, but getting everyone together is going to be tough.

Not to mention Dallas in the summer is going to be stupid hot...

Thanks for the kind words Swoosh! Guys, I've gotten approval from Acurazine-so it's a done deal !!!!

I need to work out verbage and everything now with our Higher Ups at Acurazine.

But plan on Sunday, June 6th in Kansas City. And hey, I understand that not everyone wants to come to our fair city or wants to make the drive. But Kansas City IS almost exactly in the middle of the United States. So please mark your calendars now for Sunday June 6th at 12 noon in Kansas City.

Yeah I've been to Nashville and Memphis in the summer and 105 degree temps with like 100% humidity is def worse than 90s and dry in Dallas. I seriously dont care though, this is slowly getting more popularity and in a couple of months we should have details ironed out.

I agree with both parts. If it's this year, I can't go, due to little sister's grad party being that weekend. And even if that weren't going on, I'd be in Green Bay for a car audio comp.

It was initially planned for 2011 to give everyone enough notice....the meet in KC is kinda big so Steven figured it will be a good idea to make this a Acurazine national meet !!!

Lets try making this year the national meet and next year another huge meet and lets do that in Dallas

Guys, Swoosh is right. I got approval from AcuraZine to make our 2010 Kansas City meet a National Meet that is sanctioned by the site. We would greatly appreciate your support this year. Next year (2011) is still up for grabs! I would suggest that we focus on this years meet for now. Maybe start on 2011's meet AFTER this year's meet has concluded. Much will be learned from this year's meet in Kansas City.

Right now, it would be great to see everyone get behind the 2010 Kansas City meet!

Just a thought how bout we all just do 3 mega meets, one on the west coast, one in the middle, and one on east coast. Then the day after everyone that came out will post results and pics on here. Rock chips and bugs can be a pain for the cars!! Just a thought!
