Window Tint Ticket

I hate PA and miss Florida so valentines day last month I was driving home at 1am and got pulled over for my tint. He walked up and said good morning with an attitude I was nice and gave him my info etc etc cooperative.. So he makes me sign off on the warning but doesn't actually tell me anything else. (I've had my windows tinted since summer, they are illegal and I understand a cops concerns of they can't see in blah blah)

so I just got home from work and have a $75 ticket for not having it corrected within 10 days. My question is if I pay this will I keep getting more tickets until I prove it or they'll just let me live lol I really don't want it off.. I looked up tint laws in Pa and its a headache and contradicts itself, jw what anyone else did.. Thanks =)

My cousin got a tint ticket and paid it and never heard from it again. So I think you can just pay it and be done with it. Unless someone else has a different experience.

I got a tint ticket in MD some years ago. I had to get the tint removed and take it to a State Police station for an inspection.
Not sure about PA, although the fact that you got a fine 10 days later would indicate some followup was needed.

The PA tint law says, aftermarket tint on cars is illegal. 70% is the max (that's OEM tint). on SUV's it's allowed on the rear windows for privacy, none on the passenger, driver, and windshield.

If you got pulled over only once, then I'd just go along and keep the tints, but if you're getting pulled over constantly, I wouldn't risk it

^ This. In MD Its a pain in the ass. Once you get the repair ticket you have 10 days to get it removed and take it to a Police station to have it inspected. If not done in time they suspend your registration on the car. And of course if you dont pay the fine they suspend your license.
