Wassup guys n gals. I know its so early at this point in time with the weather and all etc..

Anyways, I was discussing with Aaron (Sharksbreath) earlier this morning about setting up a time and place for a rolling video shoot for him and other members who are interested. The problem is, we do not know any places that is easy on traffic in the DMV Tri-state. Preferable a highway would be nice or somewhere with big open road.

I thought id start this thread early to get a show of interest and suggested places

If u want to join or have places in mind, feel free to post!

 

Lanc never really has traffic on 30 or 283 highways- but we don't have 4 lane highways like you guys.

What say you?

I love those videos. I almost got one of the new accords. I'm excited for these rolling videos. I can't wait to get my suspension parts.

 

cool, we can wait til u have your parts on. Im still leaning how to beat match music to video and what not. Not sure if i should invest in some sort of camera stabilizer/mounts. They cost too much lol

oh this is only a rough draft. way to early to decide. a lot of people are still getting their cars fixed and freshen up including myself

im just trying gather some ideas and interest right now. Currently texting with
DuongBros. he said theres a lot of open roads in his area. We'll see though, problem is he is located in PA and its a hike for us. Time will tell

 

we can always hit up ICC if you want to pay the tolls. im down for this where ever though.

 

ICC does sound nice. I've seen pics of it and it looks really nice for a video shoot. Too bad the toll is like $3.75

 

it is nice though, maybe rolling shots on 29 towards hoco? i know some back country roads near gaithersburg off rt 28

Depending on time of day and how void of people you want the shots to be I would say EARLY Sunday morning is good for most places. I went to National Harbor for the first time today and thought that might be a good place for video or stills. I forget the name of it but the scenic drive out by Reagan National to the VA side of 495 could be used with properly spaced personnel and cameras. I used to have a ton of ideas and music in my head awhile ago. Depends on how involved you want to get.

As far as I know, the ICC 200 is out the question now. There is way too many cops that patrol there.. The ICC has its own jurisdiction of highway patrol..

 

im inn for a nice video. Baltimore roads suck though.
