spotted a really clean NBP Type-s today with 35 % tint, no front tag, suspension with no wheel gap (not slammed), staggered 19 inch chrome spoked rims with deep dish lips, and a standard issue MD tag...driver: male probably in his 20's

location: route 28 (darnestown road) getting onto 270 and then exited on democracy blvd

time: 6:15-6:30p ish

i was stopped with you at one of the lights on rte 28 in a really clean gray MDX with a hitch rack full of bikes.
