iGHT I KNOW THERE IS A WAY THAT I CAN ELIMINATE THE CHIP OR WATEVER IT IS SO MY TL-TYPE S CAN GO MORE THAN 135 MILE AN HOUR I NEED TO KNOW IF ANY ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS ?
