PLEASE HELP!!! tranny swap from auto to manual

does anybody know someone who is able to do a transmission swap from a 2003 tl-s? i keep hearing that the automatic tranny has not been fixed... so i was wondering if theres any shops or people near the chesapeake, va area that are willing to do it.
