Just sold my 335i and picked up a TL Type S yesterday

It's my 16th car lol, but one I am planning on keeping for a while and can't wait to start modding. Here are the things I am looking to do and if anyone local can do 'installs' I'd rather go through them.

1. NAV2GO - Id like to get video from my phone to the nav. Can anyone tell me where to buy and how much for install?

2. A spec kit, found a site that still has them. Anyone local can do the install? and around how much. (pm me the price).

3. Tint - I know someone in Alexandria, so I am good there.

4. Htech's - I had those on my TSX and loved them.

there is a group buy for the lip kit. vendor is acktl05...there is a massive thread for it.

there are a couple of guys locally that help other members out with installs...they may chime in here at some point. lip kit install isn't terribly hard, extra set of hands is always useful. the nav2 go set up...i think there have been a couple of members that have done this. you have a type-s with a built in navi...what's wrong with the factory navi?

nav2go is great...I love mine.

and I've been to that pizza joint plenty of times! I used to live in fells.

btw there is a car show this sunday 5/5 and we are all meeting up at the Glen Burnie MVA parking lot at 10:00am and then heading over to the meet which is only a few mins away. You should join us!

 

Oh sweet! Yea Fells is a great spot to hang out. I will try to make it next time, the car doesn't have plates yet. But I was able to purchase a nav2go!

 

congrats on the purchase, I just learned about the nav2go in this tread pretty damn cool... I want one, but not for $400 as listed on the site. lol

 

I got lucky and purchased mine for 140 from a member! Keep an eye out for them or post a 'wtb'.

 

yup ebay sells them for ~$200 too.
