Not sure where in the city you are, but I've always used a place in the burbs called "Low Cost Exhaust"... in Fairless Hills. They do great work, and they're very reasonable. Probably not worth the drive for you though.

 

go to a meineke muffler shop. theyre cheap and they do ok work. that just looks like the hanger is broken or off. should be a simple fix.
