Cool I am from LA I got station here and got out. Yes that is my car in the avatar but I have done tons of mods since. Well I was yesterday a the Kohls in stafford. Let me know when you want to meet. Get out at 5pm

Personally I had aero resonator and it sounded very nice like you had 50 more HP inside the hood. But I believe that aero is out of business dont know if you will find one on ebay and amazon.

I got a magnaflow in my garage, new. I was thinking of making a dual pipe/exhaust from the Jpipe to the back but no more.

yah i heard it, i had a magna flow on my truck i believe 50 or 40 series and it was kinda loud...

 

I think if you could find an AERO that is one of the best.

I contact the guy who did my stage 3 on my car
he is going to call me back to tell me if he still has aero resonators and to tell me the price. He is in MD so it will be a good drive. I will let you know what he tells me.
This guys owns a gas BP station shop and has a sick GTR

Sure, you can check how it sounds in my car first so you can make a decision... I got mine done at MD also but not at the same place as Melvin. Check his place out first because I am not 100% satisfied on mine. Welding wise.

 

yah would like to hear it...thx for the tip as well bout the shop, welding is important.

 

Welding is very important and to find people that do great work is hard. I know Billy did amazing job on the welding

 

Mine was ok, I was able to be there help replace the resonator at the shop. That for me was better than sitting in the waiting room, having no clue what is going on. They welded mine, twice or so because anal about the exact location of my exhaust tips. They were a little of so I told them to re-weld it. If you need their info, let me know but I would go to Billy first because he likes his Acura and not just a muffler shop.

Supra98, I'm assuming that you a type s but if you have a base TL and like the magnaflow, I might consider a trade + cash or something. I got other things I want to do with the exhaust.

 

Yah, jus gettn my emissions right now, and I'm think I'm going to delete the resinator and muffler and just replace with a straight pipe..

 

You are going to get alot of drome like that

 

lol bad idea bro. if any thing just delete the mid muffler.

i had alot of drone issues with my XLR8 cat back. i ended up throwin on a magnaflow res and a ultra vibrant res. sounds pretty quiet but still sounds good IMO. its not super loud when i get on the throttle but still got that deep tone and is loud enough to make you turn your head.
