MD/DC/VA Dyno Day anyone?

When and where...depending on the time and place i might be able to do that...always wanted to know what my car was running...see if anything is leaking...even though i have nothing special other than i/h/e

The thing about dynos is there are so many variables. Different dynos read differently. A Dyno Dynamics brand dyno will read way lower than a Dynojet, that's why the Dyno Dynamics are referred to as heartbreaker dynos. I would say the only way to get a decent idea of how much you're gaining is to stay consistent with the dyno. Go to the same one everytime and try to hit it on days where the weather is about the same as the first time you went. Other than that, dyno days are really to see how well you're doing compared to other cars on that day.

there is too many variables in readings. Dyno's are just tools, you really cant say its not accurate since it read 30hp less than the other dyno. Do you still have the dyno sheet of the other place? what correction factor did they use? what was the weather like?
