Looking for a reliabe car alarm/remote starter installer...
I am in the Philly area and looking for a authorized Viper/Directed Electronics installer. I have all of these incoming: Amazon Wishlist
Viper 5902 Responder HD Color SuperCode SST 2-Way Security and Remote Start Sys.
Directed Electronics 506T I.T. Audio Sensor
Install Essentials 513T Mini Piezo Siren
Install Essentials 508D Radar Field Disturbance Sensor
Install Essentials 507M Tilt Sensor
Directed Electronics 520T Back-Up Battery System
Databus All Combo Bypass
Can anyone recommend somebody they used that was good? Prefer not going to Best Buy :lol:

these guys are the best they have work on alot of acura n hondas. And as you say these guys are "authorized Viper/Directed Electronics installer" and dealers too. I bought mine "VIPER 5902" from them and got it installed all for 500 + comes with warranty.

After reading some comments in random forums, I think I'd like to go with an after market Viper as well.
Can somebody confirm my understanding/questions regarding the Factory Acura Remote Starter?
1- The range, is it truly just a hundred feet or so?
2- Do you get a new Key with the remote or do you have to carry around two things, the flip key and the remote?
3- With the 11's does the engine stop when you unlock forcing you to restart the vehicle anyway?
