Does anyone know of a inspection station in the Baltimore are who is lenient on tint? A coworker of mine bought a 2007 TL-S and it has 35% on it. He is being given a hard time since the car has something like 95% factory tint on it so it just barley fails.

 

A gas station..years ago I went to the Shell station on route 40 near the old Circuit City with tinted windows.
