Fog Light Mod

I've had my TL for 2 years now, just wanted to make some payments before I started modifying. I'm getting HID's for the Fog's friday, a noob question, Since the ballast's are HID, they don't have to get swapped out correct?

Swapped with what? The TL fogs don't have ballasts to begin with. You're hooking up the ballast to the original harness, and then the HID bulb to the ballast.
