Here is the first suggestion to rally DMV area folks
Lets meet at RAMADA Inn of I95 :

Time: 1030 am rolling out at 1045 am to Richmond.
Final Destination is Richmond International Raceway:
600 E. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23222 starts at 12pm noon :
It takes 1hr & 15min from Ramada Inn to Richmond International Raceway.

Please do not forget that is summer time take plenty of water and sun screen.
Traffic on I95 South is terrible sometimes, so please look into traffic before you departure your homes please leave with enough time.

I'd honestly suggest taking I295 around and coming across I64.
I've being the very long way to work (I295) just to avoid all the contruction.

From what I read they are not letting cars in before 12pm that is when the gates open.
I recomend to meet in one location before entering the show.
