Do you know this 1998-2006 Audi TT

Wondering if anyone knows someone who drives a two tone black hard top silver body 1998-2006 mk1 Audi TT in the N.VA area?

So this morning on my way to work, driving down rt28 north towards herndon/sterling A part of 28 is in the process of being repaved and the top layer of this portion of the road has been taking off. Before reaching this point when I was merging on to 28 I see this 1998-2006 TT and I guess he noticed my tl and speeds up pretty aggressively then backs down when he is in front of me. Not sure if he was trying to instigate a race, show off or whatever. Anyways I am in the middle lane and there are signs posted "rough road ahead" and "bump ahead".

Most people slow down since you could potentially lose control or unintentionally veer into another lane if you are going to fast or speed up to quickly since the road way is uneven/graded and rocky. This guy instead of slowing down floors it, I guess to test out his Quattro. I see the back end of his car somewhat slide out a little all the while his rear tires are kicking up rock debris on to my car. I ended up with a ton of rock chips on my windshield and a nice new rock chip on the roof of my car and on my windshield wiper arm. I understand I will get rock chips over time in this area but this wasn't like one or two rocks it was like a baseball pitcher with a hand full of rocks throwing them at your car. There wasn't anyone else on the road to hide behind and slowing down still didn't get me away from the storm of rocks.

So in the end when we are back on an even roadway and I am somewhat close to him and he speeds up aggressively again and so I just drop it into third, pass his TT, and cut across the lane to take my exit. I rarely ever race people and know how to pick my battles. I am just assuming it was some young kid being an idiot.

I can tell he is a car person because his car looked like it was detailed very well. So I am sure he is around the area and might possibly see him at some of the summer car meets in the area.

But if you do know him tell him this for me "YOU'RE an A**HOLE".

Disclaimer: This is not against Audi automobiles or Audi drivers, just against this guy for being an A**HOLE.
