Well some of you may know that i was going back to stock to sell the car a couple member had told me that WYNN with the white tl had stock suspension for sale... I got in contact with WYNN and he said the stock suspension only had 25K miles on it and they were all good none were blown which he also told other members. So i meet his girl and she sells them to me, i go to have them installed and as soon as i leave the shop theres some noises the tech checks it out every things tight and he says roll on it for a day and see how they feel. Same clunky noise like somethings loose i go back the next day and he says there blown. I take the car to acura and tech also says i need 2 new struts passenger front and rear. Then i take the car to SCOTT who is well known who manages MR. AUTOMOTIVE and his tech says you need 2 new struts/shocks so i call WYNN and no response he is supposdly out of the country until January but he texts me once in a while and his girl said that she had his phone but both of their stories are different because then they said his cousin had his phone. So I'm getting the run around. Wynn responds today saying that they are not blown yet i have been to three shops and they all say that 2 are. IF IM GOING BACK TO STOCK AND NEEDED STOCK SUSPENSION TO SELL THE CAR WHY WOULD I LIE SAYING THAT THEY ARE BLOWN?! THAT WAS HIS EXCUSE...i asked for a little more then half of what i paid him and said i would give him back the stock suspension because it was no use to me i just had to shell out the money to get all new suspension and replaced all 4 because how could i trust the other 2 were not going to blow? I HAVE ALSO HERD FROM A FEW OTHER PEOPLE THAT HE HAS DONE SHADY THINGS WITH THEM ALSO AND I JUST WANTED TO PUT THIS OUT THERE FOR OTHER MEMBERS TO WATCH OUT FOR HIM OR MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE DEALING WITH....HE SAID "I DO NOT CARE WHAT ANYONE ON AZ HAS TO SAY, NO ONE KNOWS ME AND I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY" so just a heads up on what i have been dealing with.....
all i was asking for was some money back to cover all the money i spent on new suspension...

man sucks hes doing this to you mike. especially him being local to us all. hope you get it situated. i know for a fact if i was getting a run around someone would be getting dropped HARD. keep us posted if he gives you your money back. i would sell you my suspension right now but waiting to see wsup with the coilover issue still. hit me up homie
I had a hard time following the story.
BUTT, the seller did nothing wrong.
if the seller was true and it had 25k miles on the shock, he wouldnt have known that they were blown.
unless they were leaking. in that case, you should have caught the leakage.
you bought something used. when buying USED, you buy "as is"
you def. should have tested them and inspected them before making the transaction.

He clearly would have. On the car they make a clunking noise and regardless I did check the shocks and there was no sign of leaking but it's not hard to clean them before you sell them. He said he hook them off the car and they were fine and not blown. How do they become blown sitting in your storage unit? Smh. They don't. Point blank they were blown he knew an now he's hiding.

Sorry about your ordeal, but thanks for the headsup! I will consider this when looking to buy any item used in the future. I would like to help a member but I don't have an extra suspension lying. Good luck!!

-Started of with you tried to buy my type-s rims and told me that you would pick them up on Friday. Then when I called you on Thursday after I had the shop took off my tpms, you told me you don't want them anymore because you found something else.
- Then you asked me if i would like to switch your type-s rims and mine. I didn't understand why you wanted to do that. Later found out from a friend of mine that they were non matching color type-s rims.
-After couple weeks later, you texted and ask me if I still want to sell my rims. since you low ball me I didn't sell it to you.
-You also tried to sell me your used roof spoiler for $100, used window visors for $150( thats how much you pay for new)and used tein for $450 plus my stock suspensions ( from what I heard they are messed and didnt you pay $400 for it anyway?) . You told me you bought a brand new type-s rims and tires for $450 and why are you trying to sell them back on AZ for $900. I am not sure if this is how you look out for other members.
