hey guys if you guys want to meet at tysons please be there at 10:30 am sharp we will be meeting at the tysons parking lot where the movie theater entrance is on top of the garage and at 10:45 we will be rolling out to meet the rest of the guys at sports authority so let me know whos coming

VA people, get in contact with Zain. He is right, we will all meet at the sports authority. No has placed their inputs as of better meeting up location so sports authority at the given address in the 1st post it is!
On a side note, my car will be going under surgery that Saturday evening. Hopefully ill have her back in time for the meet.

Hey guys im from this area, i don't think sports authority would be the best idea considering its right across from the stadium im sure every car club and their mother are thinkin the same thing, i say we do kohls or something more low key which is still right there

Thanks for chiming in, I have no idea about the surrounds in that area so I was going based of a friend who used to work in that area years ago. We need to confirm a location and make sure its good with everyone because the event is coming up in a week and I don't wanna confuse people with last minute stuff.

The people have spoken and if you want to reserve space for your club or group you need to contact us ASAP and give us an accurate head count by April 22nd. We require the entrance fee of $3 per car paid in advance when reserving spaces, but we ensure that clubs get a set amount of spaces together and we will give those clubs priority admittance.
