Body Shop In Hampton Roads,VA

Looking for a good body shop that does quality work at a good price. Obviously though because who would want garbage work for a ridiculous price. Anyway I need to get a brand new bumper painted I would bring them the bumper and after they painted it I would take it back and do the install myself. Anyone know of a good place and possibly some experience on how much this sorta thing would cost for prime and paint.
