Anywhere to learn about cars in DMV?

Anywhere to learn about cars in DMV?
Im a college freshman interested in mechanics and cars and stuff. I'm planning on getting an acura tl 04 in a few months. is there anywhere in the dmv (preferably close to PG) to learn about cars, like replacing fluids, etc?
