We will be asking for 2 non-perishable food items per person and $2.00 entry fee. If you forget to bring an item or prefer not to, we will collect a $5.00 entrance fee/donation on your way into the lot. All the proceeds collected from admission, and the 50/50 raffle are going to be donated to Marthas Table (http://www.marthastable.org).

*Expect heavy traffic, we are sorry for this inconvenience and will be trying to move people in/out of the meet as quickly as possible*

Time
Start: 8am
We usually start packing things up at 3pm
Food
Food will be served by the Baysox stadium staff. It will be typical grill food (burgers/hotdogs).
Feel free to tailgate. Be Respectful and pick up after yourselves.

$80 for 2 - 3 baseline pulls w/ A/F and printout. FWD or RWD only
If you are interested in dynoing your car, please send an email to collegeparktuning@gmail.com or follow this Dyno Signup. We are trying to have people pre-register for the dyno.
Reserving Space
The people have spoken and if you want to reserve space for your club or group you need to contact us ASAP and give us an accurate head count by April 14th. We require the entrance fee of $5 per car paid in advance when reserving spaces, but we ensure that clubs get a set amount of spaces together and we will give those clubs priority admittance.
All club members must arrive in a single group by 10:30 or their spots will be forfeited
Basic Rules
1. Be respectful of other peoples cars. Please do not touch a persons car without their consent
2. No alcohol
3. No scandalous attire (this is a family event)
4. Chairs are permitted everywhere but no taking up parking spaces with them
5. No saving spaces (group or forum contacts us before hand at collegeparktuning@gmail.com if you would like to organize rolling in as a group and have a select number of spots reserved)
6. No burnouts or anything stupid. Police will be at the event and cameras are rolling 24/7 at Bowie

This is the car show I may be attending. Its a bit further, but i've never been up there and last year had about 2,000 cars in attendance.

side note..
geeze.. our AZ meets really arent the way they used to be anymore..
back in the days we used to roll deep to meets. At least 30-40 members signed up and and at least 25 show up to the meet and about 10 pages to the thread. I posted this event a month in advance and only 8 signed up.. which means 3-4 are actually gonna show up lol not sure if the guys lost interest or moved on to another car

How about everyone meet at ikea @ 10AM and leave there around 10:30 to the stadium sound? The earlier we go the better parking spot we get and we dont have to park near the entrance on the dirt.. last year the meet started at noon and there was mad traffic building up.

aaron was admitted to the hospital few days ago and will need to remain rested for a week or so for recovery, so he wont be making it to this meet. Not gonna put his business out there but you can text or call him to find out what happen

Ok guys. I've got everything set in stone for Sunday. 
Everyone please arrive at 8:45AM-8:50AM. From there we will wait for one of my boys and his crew to meet up with us. They are coming from Tyson's. Once they arrive, hopefully around 9AM we will all roll together from there to the meet. We want to leave ASAP because this meet is huge and gets traffic intense the later we go.. not to mention crappy parking spots :P

I got a buddy who's rolling with a group of ppl. They are meeting at tysons corner if u wanna roll with them. They are coming to Ikea. I can let him know to look out for you if you wanna ride with them
