I'm posting this listing because I need to sell my car . My girlfriend and I are looking to purchase a house and the car must go. It's a 2010 6 speed awd with tech package. It has roughly 32,500 miles. Never been any accident clean title. It is currently a lease and the title is with Acura, I have until May 2013 and the pay off is roughly $26,000. Currently the car is lowered on tein s.techs. I have a takeda intake, xlr8 cat back, xlr8 jpipe and 3rd cat delete, and rv6 pcds. I have the factory 18" wheels with approx 6/32" tread life left on all four, and 20" beyern mesh wheels with 245/30/20 hankook Evo 12 with approx 9/32 on all four. I have the oem intake, jpipe, cats. I currently do not have the oem cat back exhaust. I am a certified Honda master technician and have done all the factory maint. All oil changes have been done at or before 50% oil life. There are no issues with the car and it drives fine. All aftermarket parts are included but can be removed if preffered. I really hate to let this car go, I wanted to buy it out after the lease was up, but unfortunately it's not within our budget anymore. Feel free to ask any questions or inbox me.
