2007 LBP S2000 with 49000 miles

- Honda Certified Pre Owed with 7 years, 100k miles power train warranty
- bought it in 5/2010 with 29k miles
- all services are done with Local Honda Dealer with all service records,except for oil change
- oil change every 5000 miles with Amsoil
- Tranny Oil changed 1000 miles ago with Honda MT S2000 specific
- LSD oil change 1000 miles ago with Mobile 1 LSD
- Most of these don't matter anymore, see below. But it shows that I took care of my car.

The good:
Brand New Engine and Transmission replaced under warranty (see below for story) by Honda less than 100 miles ago. (with receipt and everything)
Everything works
Interior 9/10
Exterior 8/10
All original paint with VIN# sticker on every body panel

The Bad:
Front bumper might need a respray if you are very picky. There are some rock chips and 2 small holes on the front bumper from flying objects on the road, as expected for a almost 5 years car.

There is a 1 inch cut on the roof, it was there when i bought it. I fixed it by patching it from inside, so it does not leak. It doesn't bother me.
Honda dealer is willing to replace it with a new OEM roof/hardware with labor included for around $500, if you are interested. But to me that 1 inch cut is not worth $500 to me. I am cool with the service manager. =)

Other normal wear/tear

Reason for selling:
just want a NEW car. if i don't get the price i wanted, i will just keep it. I think i am gonna regret selling it, especially with a new engine and tranny.

Mods:
Clarion Head unit, Pioneer Speakers, some little lights stuff. Stock everything else.

Story for the engine:
Car was never abused or raced. Car just died on me at a light for no reason. Towed it to Honda Dealer, showed no signs of abuse. Found some crank shaft thing broke and caused the engine to seize.

So dealer replaced the engine and 90% of the tranny under warranty.

I am not in any rush to sell. Car is currently financed through WellsFargo.
