Service Details
- Timing Belt, Water Pump, Tensioner, Front Brakes, Brake Fluid, Power Steering Fluid replaced at 89,000 miles
- BRAND NEW Battery (installed 1/09) w/ full warranty
- Synthetic Oil changed every 6-8,000 miles
- BRAND NEW Michelin X-Ice Snow Tires

Flaws
-One of the Work wheels was scratched slightly on the edge of the barrel, it is noticeable from 5-7' or closer
-One Work wheel was dented from a pothole and repaired by Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. Because of the repair process the lip has a slight scuff on the inside circumference around the whole wheel. To describe better it looks like there is a line from soap or water marks around the inside of the lip. Only noticeable within 5' of the wheel.
-Normal hood chips and one slight scuff from a door, both only noticeable within 3' of vehicle.

History
I am the second owner of the car and have had it since 50,000 miles. The first owner drove an estimated 95% freeway miles to work and back. Since ownership this vehicle has never been in an accident. The first owner was rear-ended at a stop-sign with minimal damage. The rear bumper was replaced at that time.

why only 50% tint would look a lot better with darker tint not that it already doesn't look good

Thanks for the compliments guys. The 50% tinting was mild enhancement that looked clean without being overdone. I admit I could have gone darker, but was happy with the result.

Have you ever had the tranny replaced? Also, has the car been taken to the dealer for the recall? (Oil jet kit) Let me know...

Hey Mickey,

The tranny was replaced around 65k. I have all the paperwork for the vehicle and correspondence from Acura. Since replacement the trans has been flawless; which is evident in driving it. Car has been babied in general since I took ownership, but I have changed the trans oil more frequent than suggested as an extra precaution.

The mechanic I used (outside of the transmission and warranty items) works for Schlossman's Honda in town here. I brought up the oil cooler and he suggested I do not pursue the install; and I took his word for it. Hot summers and cold winters and the car shifts perfectly without variation.

The vehicle has been parked in a garage every night since the date of purchase (first owner and myself) and since I took ownership it has also spent it's days in a covered parking structure outside my work.

Let me know if you have other questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

Thanks,

Mike

An interested buyer was quoted $900 to ship to Florida. I'm not overly familiar with auto shipping costs, but the best bet for out of state buyers would be to fly out, and drive home, if you're up for the task. Understandably not worth it for most people though.
