I sold my 1999 TL and now I have some cash to buy another car. I would prefer an 02 - 03 TL, but also welcome Lexus GS300 models 98+.

I am willing to spend between $3,500 and $4,500 but could spend upto $5,000 depending on condition and mileage of car.
