1992 Legend, 150k miles, damaged, great for parts/project

I have a 1992 white Legend that I am trying to get rid of and figured I'd try here before looking into a junkyard/towing/dealer/donation.
It has about 150,000 miles and has damage to the frame, steering wheel is off-center and possibly misaligned wheels, no airbag, replaced radiator, rear driver side door dinged/rusting, front bumper broken and kinda falling off. It has been sitting for about a year now so the battery is likely dead. Exhaust smokes and stalls (stalling issues arose right before I got a new car, hence the new car) on occasion when shifting out of park. Reupholstered seats and Alpine cd/stereo.
All told, it was my daily driver until a year ago and ran pretty decently despite all the issues.
Like I said, I want to move it on and it is yours, title and all, for free, if you can come and take it away of course.

if guru and i can work out something, i will try to fix her up and give to my niece... i sponsored her over from Vietnam, and she needs something to get to school and work...
and besides, i wouldn't have the heart to rip apart any Legend... they are one of the best cars that Acura has made to date...
