4. Reason for selling: Just qualified for a company car, so even though I will lose my shirt on this car (about $6k), I will be able to step into what I've always wanted, a BMW 335d. I miss the RWD.

8. Title information: Clean title. Clean CarFax and AutoCheck
There is a lienholder. HOWEVER, the car will be sold as a passthrough with Fields BMW. This will allow seamless transition to the new owner with no 'title issues'. In addition, financing will be available. Doing this allows me to save on tax. I've already checked with Acura and the warranties WILL be able to be passed on to the next owner.
9. VIN should be available (along with the CarFax) through the AutoTrader ad listed.
10. Modifications: No modifications from me or the previous owner.
11. Service record: Since the car just received certification, all the fluids have been changed, including a transmission flush. New tires have also been mounted.

Fuel economy is within spec, and I guess the eye of the beholder. I get upper 20's on the highway with the cruise set at 80. 19ish in town. I was thinking the FE in town was going to be mid 20's when I bought this car. My expectations probably weren't realistic.
The seats were the biggest surprise. I used Meguire's on them yesterday. Turns out it was denim jean dye. Came right out. Go figure.
If you trade a car in to a dealership, you can take advantage of sales tax savings that you cant if you sell private party. If I have a pre-arranged buyer, the car will be 'traded in' to the dealership, undergo a safety inspection (no charge to you and state law), and be sold to you for the price you and I agree upon.
You benefit by having an aggressive price with no overhead, but still have financing options available and assurance that the title and money will be handled properly.
