i purchased these items with the intention of installing on my TL, but decided to take a different path.
What you see is what you get. No returns so please verify parts fit your car.

H&R Sport Springs (50104)
Purchased from Acura of Lynwood. These are slightly used, but otherwise in like new conditions. Less then 5 miles on them. Dealership installed springs on a TL, buyer of vehicle preferred the stock ride and so the dealership uninstalled the springs.

Koni Sport Yellow
Purchased brand new from Auto Anything. Only opened to inspect the package.

H&R - $125 OBO + shipping + paypal (if applicable)
Koni - $425 OBO + shipping + paypal (if applicable)

interested in those you have for sale. It appears I can't pm due to being a new member. Do you have receipts of those konis? (I understand koni provide lifetime warranty may need receipt for it).
