Maybe obvious, but make sure you set the car back to stock maps otherwise the new buyer won't be able to use the tuner. It keeps track of the car it's been used on and won't work with other vehicles unless the previous car is set to stock then removed from the tuner. That keeps people from using one Ktuner unit for multiple cars.
