Part number 54102-SEP-A02ZA will be available at some point, however it is currently backordered with no available ETA at this time. If I can be of further assistance please let me know.

I hope he's right because acurapartswarehouse.com's website has it, in one area, marked as:
'Manufacturer's Notes This part is discontinued. It is no longer available for purchase.'
Then in another area, on the same page, marked as: 'Currently Unavailable Due to manufacturer supply shortage, this item isn’t currently available for ordering.'
Sometimes I got laugh at for being part hoarder LMAO. Yet here we are....
FYI if your knob is worn and you need to replace it with factory looks, 4G TL is almost identical the only thing difference is the stitching pattern. 3G knob on the left and 4G on the right.
Oh and the 4G TL knob is about $20 cheaper.
Now that's just mean lol! But honestly really good information, I assume they look the same on top and the 4G fits fine? Part # for a 4G? I'm seeing 2 in your pic - 54102-SEP-A02ZA and 54102-SEP-A01ZA, probably a misprint perhaps...

Hello, Jeff has been trying to part out with his 3G TL 6 speed shift knob and it's in excellent condition.. I'll suggest that you should contact him to know if it's still available.. kevinjeffrey155@gmail.com You can email him.
Certainly good to know thanks! I always keep a handful of "toss" away e-mail addresses for this very reason, and used one of course. I was starting to suspect as much, but again appreciate the heads up sir!
Thanks for the post about the 4G knob! I bought a new 3G knob about a year or so ago and used a compass cutter to cut a piece of clear film chip protect the silver finish.
