Up for sale - very clean 2012 TL in graphite. I purchased in 2014 with 13k miles from original owner(drove to LA to buy) who had it since new. Currently has 104k miles. Timing belt, water pump and tensioner were just done by a shop in San Diego 2 months ago. The car was under factory extended warranty until 80k miles. Under acura factory extended warranty alternator was replaced and lower ball joints (they were clunking typical for these models?) This was in the 40 to 60k range iirc. This is my dd and I did all maintenance myself. Mostly freeway miles in San Diego. Brakes, rotors and brake fluid was done approximately 25k ago. Synthetic Mobil 1 oil changes, full 3x3 tyranny drain and refill (minimal to no sludge on magnet I can dig up photo). Some tint at driver rear quarter window is peeling and rear window-the car was tinted when purchased. I have taken great care of her we are getting a Tesla and don't need 4 cars. Just put on 4 Michelin pilot sport a/s from Costco. No mods at all

2. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)?
3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder?
4. Pictures: Just a reminder to be sure to post interior and exterior pictures. and pictures of all 4 sides of the car and front and rear also.
5. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.
6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.
