For sale is an excellent condition 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD Advance Non-Hybrid.
~95% freeway miles. Diligently maintained at dealer except for last all fluids service which was di. All service records available including proof for all fluid changes.
New battery, new front rotors and pads, Michelin tires with about 70% life on them. Brake fluid also replaced at bleeder valves.
Mint condition interior as it was only a single occupant car for about 95% of it's miles. Exterior is in excellent condition as well. Minor scratches/scuffs on the top of the rear bumper due to loading/unloading in trunk. One scuff on right mirror that can be easily fixed. Rest of the car is truly mint. See it to believe it.

Reason for selling is that I just purchased a new 2020 MDX hybrid. I wanted to keep this in the family but wife and rest of the family voted me down on keeping our odyssey instead so this one is up for sale.

2. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)?
3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder?
4. Pictures: Just a reminder to be sure to post interior and exterior pictures.
Interior pictures posted but also need pictures of each side of the car and the front and rear of the car.
5. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.
6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.

1. Reason for selling - Purchased a new 2020 MDX Sport Hybrid. Wasn't planning on buying a new MDX for a while but they killed the Hybrid powertrain in the next gen so....
2. Are you the first owner? - I am the second owner. I have had it for about 5K miles. All service records from day one are available. The car has been diligently maintained since day one at an Acura dealership.
3a. TITLE: Clean title. No liens.
3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder? - No liens on the car.

6. TIMING BELT: Timing belt, water pump, coolant, belt tensioner replaced by Acura dealer per scheduled service. Sparkplugs were also replaced. All service records are available.
